Here are my two best bets for the meeting.

Race 5 - 2:35PM WYONG ROOS FOUNDATION MAIDEN HANDICAP (1100 METRES)
Race 5 at Wyong is a Maiden and one that can go on with it after a handy debut run is SET GOALS. The Rick Worthington-trained galloper resumes after finishing 3rd at Warwick Farm back in January behind Lashes and Kylease. The form out of only race proven to be handy and the daughter of Snitzel has tuned up for this with a couple of trials, finishing runner-up in the most recent of those. She should settle just off the speed from barrier 4 and can go very close.

Race 8 - 4:20PM WYONG RACE CLUB - MEMBERSHIP ONLY $55 BENCHMARK 64 HANDICAP (1350 METRES)
I'm pretty keen on the Godolphin galloper, SINGING SAND, in the final event of the day and the three-year-old should be an improver at her second run back from a spell. She resumed with a 6th of 8 runners at Warwick Farm on May 1 and ran on fairly from the tail of the field in what was a slowly run affair. At her most recent campaign she finished off well to grab 3rd in a stronger race than this at Rosehill when second up and she should enjoy a cushy run from the inside gate. In an open betting race, she represents value at the each-way quote.
