Australian Guineas Betting Odds 2022

The Group 1 Australian Guineas (1600m) will be run at Flemington on Saturday, February 26, and we’ll have odds available when market are set.

Here are the Australian Guineas odds for 2021.

Former Blue Diamond Stakes (1200m) winner Tagaloa is the $4 favourite for the Australian Guineas. Trained by Trent Busuttin and Natalie Young, the three-year-old colt endured a losing streak of six before returning to the winner’s stall in his latest effort, the Group 3 CS Hayes Stakes (1400m).

The Leon and Troy Corstens-trained three-year-old filly Zou Dancer is the current $5 second elect and she has won her past two starts. At her latest, Zou Dancer obliterated her opposition to win by almost five lengths in the Group 3 The TAB Vanity (1400m).

Ole Kirk will need to bounce back to form quickly after the Michael, Wayne and John Hawkes-trained colt finished eighth in the Group 1 Futurity Stakes (1400m). The Golden Rose (1400m) and Caulfield Guineas (1600m) winner is $8 and has drawn poorly for the Australian Guineas.

Aysar is also an $8 chance for the race with all other horses in double figures led by Dom To Shoot at $10 and Poland at $12.
