Caulfield Guineas Betting Odds 2020

The Group 1 Caulfield Guineas (1600m) will be run at Caulfield on Saturday, October 10. Here are the latest Caulfield Guineas betting odds.

Michael, Wayne and John Hawkes train three-year-old colt Ole Kirk who is the $3.10 favourite. The son of Written Tycoon comes off victory in the Group 1 Golden Rose (1400m) where he defeated North Pacific and King’s Legacy.

Blue Diamond Stakes (1200m) winner Tagaloa was third in the McNeil Stakes which was the colt’s first run back since finishing fourth in the Group 1 Golden Slipper (1200m). Tagaloa is second favourite at $6 for trainers Trent Busuttin and Natalie Young. He was last seen on September 19 finishing sixth against the older horses in the Group 1 Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes (1400m) at Caulfield.

The Peter and Paul Snowden-trained three-year-old colt King’s Legacy is a $6.50 chance. He won back-to-back Group 1 races with victories in the Inglis Sires’ (1400m) and Champagne Stakes (1600m) as a two-year-old. King’s Legacy has been getting better with each run this preparation as he finished third in the Golden Rose second up from a spell.

Mo’unga is also a $6.50 chance in the race with Crosshaven next best in the market at $11.
