King’s Legacy wins Inglis Sires’
King’s Legacy has run down fellow Golden Slipper runner Prague to win the $500,000 Group One Sires’ Produce Stakes at Randwick.
A well-timed run by jockey Hugh Bowman was too much for Prague and third placegetter and favourite Mamaragan in the 1400m race for two-year-olds.
Saturday’s win is the fifth Sires’ win for trainers Peter and Paul Snowden.
King’s Legacy jumped at $19 on @tabcomau and managed to run down Prague in the G1 @inglis_sales Sires’ to give Peter and Paul @SnowdenRacing1 their third win in the race as a partnership.
