Bendigo Tips July 28 – Our best selections for Bendigo Sunday

  • Al Maher filly is third-up and ready to score

We have a Heavy 8 to deal with at Bendigo and I have an Al Maher filly circled who looks the ticket today.
Race 6 – 2:30PM Kym Hann Racing Three-Years-Old Fillies BM64 Handicap (1400 METRES)After an extensive city campaign, the Ellerton and Zahra-trained LIMESHOW lines up here, third-up and ready to rock. The Al Maher filly enjoyed a semi-successful visit to the Melbourne city circuits, which included a first-up win at Sandown (last preparation). She finished off her city trip finishing a close-up fourth on a soft Sandown track in a BM64 over 1300m. Her latest effort was impressive where she battled hard to beat all but Spensierato at Cranbourne on a Heavy 10 over 1400m. That’s good lead-up form coming into this. Drawn well in gate six, the last two runs should have her at her peak and ready to strike today.
