Trained by David Vandyke, three-year-old gelding Alligator Blood is a $7.00 equal favourite for the All-Star Mile. He has won eight of nine starts, including the $2 million Magic Millions 3YO Guineas (1400m) at the Gold Coast.

Star New Zealand mare Melody Belle is also a $7.00 favourite for the All-Star Mile. Trained by Jamie Richards in Matamata, Melody Belle has raced 26 times for 15 wins. She claimed the Group 1 Empire Rose Stakes (1600m) at Flemington in November before finishing second in the Group 1 Mackinnon Stakes (2000m) one week later.

Kolding is a $7.50 chance for trainer Chris Waller. The four-year-old gelding won the Epsom Handicap (1600m) and $7.5 million Golden Eagle (1500m) during the spring.

Catalyst is the other runner in single figures at $8.50. A New Zealand three-year-old gelding prepared by Clayton Chipperfield, Catalyst has won five of six career starts, including the 2000 Guineas (1600m) at Group 1 level.
