NOWRA TRACK SPECIALISTS:
Chad Lever featured in our mid-April edition of ‘Jockeys to Back & Sack’ for all the wrong reasons having the worst ROI of any jockey in the top 50 through April as well as just two small profit months in the past 12 months. However, credit where credit is due, and Lever seems to excel at Nowra with five wins and nine placings from 20 rides giving him a winning strike rate of 25% and a massive 70% success rate for the Place. Lever’s ROI is solid at +12%, but the Jockey challenge looks a smart option with such a strong Win and Place rate.
Brock Ryan has a much stronger ROI at +50% with four winners and six placing from 21 rides. He has some value chances on Tuesday, and it may pay to stick with him.
Richard & Michael Freedman have been the punter’s pal at Nowra with a +104% ROI coming from four winners and two placegetters from just nine runners.
Matthew Smith boasts a 40% winning strike rate with six winners and two placegetters from 15 runners with a +58% ROI.

Lyle Rowe is the only trainer with a significant positive ROI with runners engaged at Rockhampton on Tuesday. While Rowe’s winning strike rate is low at 15% with seven winners from 46 runners, a +60% ROI is enticing. Rowe has two runners at Rockhampton on Tuesday.
