SINEPIA should be hard to beat in Race 4 at Cranbourne. The Peter Moody & Katherine Coleman-trained galloper was solid first up at Geelong when runner-up behind Bay Of Zea. At her most recent start, she was back from the wide barrier on a Heavy 8 track before grinding away for 6th, going 2.8 lengths slower than standard benchmark, which is the best figure that any horse in this race has produced. She draws to be more prominent this time around from barrier 4 and gets back to a Good deck.

Race 7 No. 5 ONLY THE BEST -($5.10)

ONLY THE BEST can just about make it back to back wins when he steps out in Race 7. The Danny O’Brien-trained galloper was dominant at Yarra Glen on December 22 over the 1209m, claiming his Maiden. At his last preparation, the son of Exceed And Excel improved from a 10th at Sale over the 1100m to a 4th in a much stronger race than this at Caulfield over the 1400m behind Mollynickers. He has the pace to head forward from barrier 8 and will take some running down.
