This looks to be a suitable assignment for TOSEN WARRIOR. The Luke Oliver-trained galloper has had two runs this preparation and was solid when running on for a two-length 7th at Moonee Valley on December 1 over the 1200m before jumping to the 1500m and filling the exacta behind Our Cover. The four-year-old has produced the fastest last 200m in both of those runs and should be at his peak third up to take this one out

The locally-trained galloper wasn’t far away in his four runs at his initial preparation and closed off with a 4th at Sandown at his final run before the spell in a race that produced a number of winners.
