BEST BET 🏆
Race 5: No.5 DEELBREAKA ($2.05 with BoomBet)
Trained at Dubbo by Clint Lundholm, DEELBREAKA is in top-shelf form of late and looks the testing material in this contest. Last start, the Dundeel gelding made it four-straight podium finishes when he finally broke through for his maiden win at Newcastle over the 1400m trip. Settling outside the leader, he took over halfway down the straight and went on to record a half-length victory in the end. The extra distance looks ideal for him now and getting all the favours from gate one today, he will take beating here.
NEXT BEST 🥈
Race 4: No.2 BRING THE RABBLE ($3.10 with BlueBet)
Wyong-based galloper BRING THE RABBLE has found his mojo and looks a serious player here today. Last start, the Sebring Sun gelding came off three unplaced efforts when he led all the way in a Class 3 Hcp over 900m at Coonabarabran. In a dominant performance, he beat home the 11-strong field by 1.5 lengths that day. The four-year-old makes his Narromine debut today and at his peak today, looks the one to beat here.
BEST VALUE 💰
Race 8: No.12 TOULON FACTOR ($8 with Palmerbet)
The Brett Robb-trained TOULON FACTOR has strung together six-straight top-four finishes and looks a sneaky chance of taking the cup back to Dubbo today. Last start, the seven-year-old son of The Factor finished strongly to beat all but one home in a BM74 Hcp over 1300m at Gunnedah with Jake Barrett in the saddle. Run just five days ago, he comes here on the short back-up and meets them well at the weights, carrying 2kgs less than last start. Already a track and distance winner, Barrett sticks with him, having already steered him victory twice previously. With a trouble-free run today, he can give this field a real fright in this contest.
