Bootlegger is my anchor for the day. He’s the one horse in the opener with a Morphettville record that’s more than a single anecdote: three starts here for one win and another placing. Race 3: Winning Edge Presentations Mdn Plate — 13:02, 1312m
This is the race where I want to bet like a grown-up. Maidens can turn into a guessing game fast, and there’s a debutant here plus a few that have had chances.
If I’m playing at all, I’m leaning to Harrino. He’s had three goes (0-42), he’s improved each time, and the stable has found a race where he should get every chance from barrier 3.
