Outside Gate for Mr Brightside in Memsie Stakes

The Ben, Will and JD Hayes-prepared Mr Brightside has been dealt a blow in Saturday’s Group 1 Memsie Stakes (1400m) at Caulfield after drawing barrier 15 of 15.

Barriers two to five have been most successful in the race, and jockey Craig Williams will have weave some magic to get Mr Brightside into a winnable position from our wide.

The six-year-old son of Bullbars was impressive winning first-up win in the PB Lawrence Stakes (1400m) at the same track and trip a fortnight ago where he defeated Pinstriped by 1.75 lengths.
