We’re on the all-weather track here and unbeaten in two starts on the dirt, the Ricki Yu-trained ADEFILL looks the right stuff in this contest to bring up the hat-trick today. Last start, the Deep Field gelding went back-to-back on the all-weather track in a Class 4 Hcp, here over 1200m. It was just his second start on the surface as he put in a dominant performance, embarrassing his rivals by crossing the line more than six lengths ahead of them, running 1:08.9 for the trip. Karis Teetan was aboard for both all-weather track starts and has the reins again today. He is stepping up in class today but drops 3.5kgs in the process. Winning form is good form and he’s on top here.

Race 3; No.4 REWARDING TOGETHER ($5 with Ladbrokes)
The Frankie Lor-trained REWARDING TOGETHER is still winless on the Sha Tn track after eight visits here but looks well placed today to bring that unwanted record to an end. The Pierro gelding is in career-best form, finding the podium at his past four starts. Last start, he came off a runner-up finish on this track when he took home third prize in a Class 1 Hcp over 1200m at Happy Valley. After six minor placings here, he is back to try and crack it for his first win and has Matty Chadwick back in the saddle who boasts 10 rides on the six-year-old for five wins and three runner-up finishes. Drawn nicely in gate six today, can this be the day his Sha Tin luck changes ?

Race 8: No.1 RUNNING GLORY ($3.20 with bet365)
John Size saddles-up RUNNING GLORY here who looks set for back-to-back victories today. Last start, the Kermadec gelding was on the improve each start when he returned to the winner’s circle in a Class 2 Hcp, here over 2000m with Hugh Bowman on board for the first time. He drew the outside gate (9) and had 60kgs to carry but still got the job done on the day. Bowman sticks with him here as he meets similar company and carrying the same weight, he looks the one to beat again.
