John O’Shea saddles-up WAIHAHA FALLS here who is a prolific city-class performer and conditions here today put him right in the thick of things for victory at big odds. Last start, the Sacred Falls gelding came off an unlucky fourth in Listed company at Randwick when he finished unplaced in a BM94 over 1200m at Kembla Grange. That day, he drew the outside gate and settled too far back, beaten four lengths in the end. Plenty of boxes ticked here as he boasts four wins on wet tracks and is already a winner over the 1500m trip. Sam Clipperton steers the ship today as the six-year-old makes his track debut and will do no early work jumping from gate three. Provided he secures a clear run home, he looks huge chance at victory and is well worth an each-way ticket today.

Race 4:  No.4  GOONOO

The Cameron Crocket-trained GOONOO is third-up today and boasting wet-track form, looks a big chance at victory in this contest. Last start, the Denman gelding was second-up and found the podium when he finished a close-up third in a Class 1 Hcp over 1200m at Mudgee. Ash Morgan is the new pilot for today’s assignment which looks no harder as he draws nicely in gate five and maps to settle better than mid-field with cover. Already a winner on wet tracks, conditions should suit and fitter for those two runs back, he looks a major player here.

Race 3:  No.6  VIS I DO 

Tamworth galloper, VIS I DO has been in good touch this preparation and looks a solid chance of going back-to-back today. Last start, the Supido gelding recorded his first win this time in when he took out a BM58 over 1300m at Armidale. From his wide draw, he settled back in the field and saved the best for last as he slipped through along the fence and stormed home to grab the chocolates near the line. Ash Morgan returns for today’s assignment after steering the four-year-old to victory previously. Drawn much better today in gate two, he does no early work and if he can secure a similar passage to the line here, he can give this a real shake at odds.
