Bunbury Preview & Best Bets – Wednesday 22 November

Our form expert provides Bunbury tips for today’s horse racing at Bunbury Racecourse and gives his best bets.

Bunbury Tips 22/11/2023

BEST BET 🏆

Race 1 No. 1 ZING TO WIN – ($4.80)

Free striding horse ZING TO WIN took improvement from his first-up run when bowling straight to the front at his next start. Lucy Fiore had them racing along at a good tempo before stoking up Zing To Win into the straight. Those two held a good margin to break the maiden over 1116 metres here. Daniel & Ben Pearce now have Zing To Win coming back slightly in trip to the 1011 metres which should suit. Fiore and Zing To Win have drawn to pounce on the bunny once again and the pair should prove hard to run down from there.

NEXT BEST 🥈

Race 2 No. 5 MORE THAN ENUFF – ($3.60)

Brad Parnham takes the ride on MORE THAN ENUFF for trainer Stephen Miller whose stable enjoyed success with a recent double at Ascot Racecourse on Saturday. More Than Enuff had trialled okay when finishing third to Lost City in a recent 950 metre hit out at Lark Hill. Jason Brown urged him along to take up a prominent position when racing over 1116 metres here on debut. The pair followed Zing To Win into the straight without ever really threatening. More Than Enuff still battled on gamely to deny the rest for second placing as the race was on for the minors. Should enjoy the slightly easier tempo of a six-furlong race where Brad Parnham is sure to be positive on him early from the outside gate.

BEST VALUE 💰

Race 4 No. 5 BISECTOR – ($9)

Ascot trainer Simon Miller can find enough improvement out of BISECTOR to competitive at Bunbury Racecourse on Wednesday. The new surface at Bunbury has been lending itself to those who can race on speed, and there doesn’t seem to be much of that in this race. Bisector does often take a few steps to get into stride as she did when racing first-up at Ascot earlier this month. Chris Parnham was hard at work on the mare early as she fought to find her rhythm before scooting through to lead at a fast tempo. Bisector was entitled to be beaten as she was into the straight as the winner Hang Glider put a margin on them. Miller has taken a clever little claim from the gun apprentice in Luke Campbell in what we hope is a signal that Bisector is ready to produce her best on Wednesday.
