Race 5 No. 1 WHITE MARLIN- ($1.65)
Willing to take the odds on for the unbeaten WHITE MARLIN in Race 5. The Melbourne Cup fancy is one to lock in to your multi’s for the day and resumed with a solid win in the Easter Cup (2000m) at Sandown on April 8 ahead of Right You Are, who has since scored a Caulfield Cup birth by taking out the Mornington Cup (2400m) last Saturday. That horse won his six starts before bumping into White Marlin, who led and dictated before winning by two lengths. He should have some improvement to come at his second run and it is very hard to see him being beaten in this.

Race 3 No 7 LEGACIES- ($4.20)
The two-year-olds feature in the Anzac Day Stakes and following the early money trail on LEGACIES. The Peter Moody-trained filly has come in from $6.50 since markets opened and was impressive on debut in a weaker affair, winning at Cranbourne over the 1200m ahead of Autumn Angel. She raced a tad keenly early on in that race but switched on at the business end to take over. Step up to 1400m looks up her alley and we must respect what the stable are doing at the moment.
