Race 8:  No.4  FRILLED  ($1.75 with Palmerbet)

Warwick Farm visitor FRILLED remains unbeaten in two starts and looks ideally placed here to keep that record intact today. The Star Witness filly clobbered her maiden rivals on debut, winning that event by more than three lengths, then came out last start and franked that form by sticking it to a Class 1 field at Kembla Grange, taking that 1000m contest out by two lengths. She ran that out, 1 length quicker than benchmark, the best in this field and posted the fastest final 200m sectional as well. Jeff Penza was aboard on both occasions and (understandably) is sticking with her again today. She looks like one smart young lady and will take beating here.

Race 7:  No.4  RINGDEMBELLS  ($3.85 with BoomBet)

The Team Snowden-trained RINGDEMBELLS has come back in great touch this preparation and looks well placed here to go on with it today. Last start, the Capitalist filly was second-up and joined by Louise Day when she broke through for her maiden win over 1000m at Kembla Grange. She ran her last 600m, 3 lengths quicker than benchmark, the best in this line-up. Nicely drawn in gate five, she maps to settle in the first half-dozen and will get the last crack at them in the run home. Day has the reins again and together they can go back-to-back today.

Race 1:  No.4  LICHESTER  ($5.50 with Bet Right)

The Joe Pride-trained LICHESTER is high-flying this time in and looks primed for another top-shelf performance here. Last start, the Irish-bred filly came off her maiden win at Kembla Grange when she beat all but one home in a BM58 Hcp over 1500m at Goulburn. She covered that trip, half a length quicker than benchmark, the best last-start effort here and a new personal best for her as well. Jay Ford was aboard for her last two runs and has the job again today. She has the blinkers on for the first time here and with a trouble-free run, she looks in the mix at a good price today.
