BEST BET 🏆 (WIN)  

Race 7 No. 8 CELESTIAL HARBOUR- ($5.50)

CELESTIAL HARBOUR should be hard to beat in Race 7. The Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr-trained filly has had the four starts and won when resuming at Bendigo before bumping into some that have gone on with it in Caste and Jennilala in a BenchMark 64 at Sandown, finishing 4th over the 1300m. At her most recent start, the three-year-old was away poorly and posted back in a slowly run race before flashing home for 3rd behind Berry Bubbly in a BM64 over the 1100m. This looks much easier and with even luck in the run she should be hard to hold out. 

NEXT BEST 🥈 (WIN) 

Race 3 No 9 THERMODYNAMIC- ($4.20)

THERMODYNAMIC can be an improver in Race 3. The Chris Waller-trained galloper made his debut at Geelong on April 18 over the 1312m and settled midfield en route to being held up when 6th of 10 runners behind Hurricane Thunder. Just a plain run at first glance but he went 2.3 lengths slower than standard benchmark, which is above the class average for this and six lengths better than the next best last start figures of any runner. Form from Geelong has held up with two coming out and winning, while there doesn’t appear to be any superstars in this race. John Allen rides and the pair can go very close.
