Race 6 No. 1 HIGHLAND HILL- ($2.10)
This looks to be a winnable assignment for HIGHLAND HILL. The Robbie Griffiths & Mathew de Kock-trained galloper was ok at Listed level in a couple of runs before dropping to BenchMark 64 at Sale on May 24 and finishing 4th over the 2200m behind Sound Of Cannons. He went hard out in front that day and was a bit of a sitting duck in the straight but stuck on to finish two lengths off them. The son of Highland Reel drops to BM58 for this and will take some beating.

Race 3 No 11 GRINZINGER BURG- ($10)
GRINZINGER BURG can break through in Race 3. The Danny O’Brien-trained galloper has had the three career starts for two minot placings and resumed at Kilmore on May 25 over the 1450m, producing the fastest last 200m to finish runner-up behind Shikishi. The daughter of Ifraaj went 3.2 lengths slower than standard benchmark, which is the best last start figure of any runner and the second best that any of these have produced in their careers. She should have improvement to come second up and the step up to the 1600m suits.
