The four-year-old scored at the track and trip when resuming on October 10, sitting just worse than midfield before picking up her rivals late in the piece. She was a improver on benchmark figures at the second run of her last preparation when runner-up at Kyneton, while she will save a stack of ground from the inside barrier with Jamie Mott to ride

Race 8 No. 3 LADY HAMPTON- ($3.80)
LADY HAMPTON can go close in the final race of the day. The five-year-old drops from a BenchMark 70 at Sale and was solid over the 1400m at that venue on October 29 when 5th behind Lady Jones. She was around the mark in her other two runs prior to that at her current preparation, including a 3rd at Sandown in a BM64. The Dean Krongold-trained galloper has had three runs at the track and trip and finished in the top two in all of those. A firmer in the early betting, she gets the 3kg claim for Luke Cartwright.
