BEST BET 🏆

Race 7:  No.4  WONDEREACH  (3.75 with BoomBet)

Warwick Farm galloper WONDEREACH is second-up today and seeing the Randwick track for the first time, looks well placed to make it a winning track debut. Last start, the Outreach gelding came off a 14-week spell and with Zac Lloyd in the saddle, proved too strong in the end as he took out a BM78 Hcp over the 900m sprint at Newcastle. Since that win, he trialled on his home track where he put seven lengths on them over 792m. He is clearly in the zone this time in and has Lloyd back for the ride today. Nicely drawn in gate five and already a winner when second-up, he will take beating here.

NEXT BEST 🥈

Race 2:  No.5  KEENAN  ($2.20 with Ladbrokes)

The Waterhouse & Bott trained KEENAN has his third race start today and showing improvement as he goes, he can snatch a maiden in this contest. Last start, the Capitalist colt tried to lead all the way at Warwick Farm but was nabbed near the post by a swooper, beaten a neck on the line. Both career starts have been promising and Tim Clark has stuck with him from the outset and has the job again today. On a seven-day back-up here, the three-year-old can only strip fitter and should prove hard run down again.

BEST VALUE 💰

Race 5:  No.8  LOVING  CILLA  ($5.60 with BoomBet)

The Greg Hickman-trained LOVING CILLA is in great touch this time in and looks well placed here for back-to-back victories today. Last start, the Reliable Man mare got it together and arrived in time to grab a win in a BM72 Midway Hcp, here on the main track over 1800m with Tyler Schiller aboard. She meets similar company here as Schiller sticks with her for this assignment. She gets all the favours from gate one today and after four starts this preparation, she should be at her peak now. With a trouble-free run, the seven-year-old can make it two-straight here.
