Race 6: No.4 QUEENMAKER ($3.20 with bet365)
Edward Cummings saddles-up QUEENMAKER here who is in career-best form this time in and looks a serious player in this contest. Last start the Tavistock mare came off a big win (four lengths) at Canterbury when she stepped-up in grade and beat all but one home in a BM72 over 1900m at the same venue. Although stepping-up in grade again here, she has strung five-straight top-two finishes together this time in and dropping 3kgs after the claim, looks in the mix as a contender for the major prize in this event.

Race 3: No.7 WAHINE TOA ($3.20 with Ladbrokes)
The Maher & Eustace-trained WAHINE TOA is second-up here and looks set to continue with her current top shelf form. Last preparation, the Irish-sired mare ended her campaign with five top-two finishes from her six starts before hitting the paddock for 16weeks. Shen resumed at Flemington just over two weeks ago where she came from back in the field to miss by a whisker, taking home second prize from a BM84 Hcp over the 2000m trip. That was a huge effort on fresh legs. After the claim here, she drops 3kgs and already a winner when second-up, looks in the mix among these.

Race 5: No.8 FULLER ($9 with Bet Right)
The Chris Waller-trained FULLER has been thereabouts in all three starts this time in and down in grade here gets his chance to make his Randwick debut a winning one. Last start, the Pierro gelding was third-up when he finished strongly to grab third prize in a tight finish at Rosehill. In BM78 company, he was a part of the four-horse war that hit the line together, beaten less than half a length. Ideally drawn in gate two, he maps to be box-seating again and fitter for those three runs, and in easier company, he looks a major threat here (currently) at good odds.
