SEVILLANA can shake the maiden tag in Race 2 at the ‘Bool. The Symon Wilde-trained mare has had the four career starts for a couple of minor placings and resumed at Hamilton on October 14 over the 1100m, running home well to finish 4th behind Prince Sonic. She produced the fastest last 600m, 400m and 200m. Second up at her initial preparation, the daughter of Rich Enuff was unlucky not to win at the track and trip. She draws much better than her recent run and should be hard to beat.

Race 7 No. 2 MISTER BUSINESSMAN ($12)

Best Value comes up in Race 7 and MISTER BUSINESSMAN can go close at the each-way quote. The five-year-old has had two runs this time in and was ok when resuming with a 6th over the 1400m in a BenchMark 64 at Ballarat on September 22 before sticking to that trip and running on for 3rd behind Cape Doctor at Warrnambool on October 23. The locally trained galloper rises in distance and was a winner at a similar stage of his last preparation. Will Gordon rides and strikes at 29% for the stable, providing a 97% profit on turnover for punters.
