Race 2 No. 2 HARVEST MOON – ($1.70)

HARVEST MOON should be hard to beat in Race 2 after a debut effort that saw her finish runner-up behind Lefkada on August 17. That came at Seymour over the 1200m and the Waterhouse/Bott galloper was back and positioned out wide throughout before running home strongly. She will strip fitter for this assignment and the extra 100m is in her favour. Jordan Childs rides and is striking at 28% for the stable, providing a 22% profit on turnover for punters. 

NEXT BEST 🥈 (WIN) 

Race 6 No 8 NOKHBAH – ($2.70)

NOKHBAH can get the job done in Race 6. The five-year-old from the Hayes stable has had just the three career runs for a win and two minor placings. She was stepping up from a Pakenham Maiden win on the Synthetic into a BenchMark 64 at Sandown on August 9 and just went down late in the piece behind Pracning Queen. The daughter of I Am Invincible went a healthy seven lengths faster than standard that day and anything close to a repeat will see her be very hard to hold out against this lot.
