Race 3 No. 13 JAZ TYCOON- ($2.25)

Nice debut effort by JAZ TYCOON and the Greg Eurell-trained galloper can go a few spots better here. His first start came on the Synthetic at Pakenham over the 1200m on July 3 and he settled back in the field of 12 before reeling off the fastest late splits to run 5th. The son of Written Tycoon went 1.5 lengths slower than standard benchmark, which suggests a win shouldn’t be too far away in this grade. Step up to the 1400m looks perfect and he should be hard to hold out at the business end. 

NEXT BEST 🥈 (WIN) 

Race 8 No 9 TIFFY VALENTINE- ($3.70)

TIFFY VALENTINE can just about make it back to back wins when she steps out in the last race of the day. The Philip Stokes-trained galloper has had just the two career starts and resumed at the track and trip on July 22, winning comfortably from Snick. She settled handy in that race before hitting the lead at the 200m, going 0.1 lengths slower than standard benchmark, which is the second best last start figure of any runner. With improvement to come at her second run back and any luck from the barrier, the daughter of Sepoy can get the job done.

Race 6 No 4 CELTIC HERO- ($6.75)

CELTIC HERO shapes as an interesting player in Race 6. The three-year-old jumps up form the 1600m and was a winner over that distance three starts ago and has worked home well at his past couple, with both of those coming at the mile. Last time out he settled just forward of midfield before placing behind Korobeiniki. The son of Toronado is racing like the trip will suit and likes the surface, while he draws well in barrier 4 with Brad Rawiler to ride. He is one from three for the stable.
