A winner of 8 from 13, Wilchino looked like she needed the run and that is the reason we stayed out first-up. Now I’m happy to dive in, she’s carried weight before, she’s handled the wet, she has Chris Parnham in the saddle and in a small field, if she’s back to her best, then she should put this lot away.

Expecting more money for this galloper. Fourth-up now, conditions to suit and a proven stayer. Looks a great option in a 78+ with 2kg claimer Keshaw Dhurun in the saddle.

I have a lot of time for this galloper and really liked his win two starts ago. I like that he’s stepping up to 1200m, he should get a lovely run from barrier 1 and despite not being proven in wet conditions, I think he’ll handle it well.

Race 4 No. 3 PRIZED PURSUIT
Trialed well and then saluted for us nicely first-up. The team for Jason Miller is going well and I think from barrier 2 in these conditions that he should be very hard to beat. Arnie’s Boy looks the logical danger.
