This horse was our best bet on debut and he won nicely for us. Barrier 3 and 60kg, I think he goes back to back and should win this nicely. First time we’ve used the “anchor bet” which idicates that it’s not a big enough price to back, but you can anchor in your multis

Race 3 No. 8 SWEET TEA – ($2.30 with Bet365 as of Thursday morning)
This is a very weak maiden and I expect Sweet Tea to break through today. The filly by demerit has raced well enough this prep and now gets the blinkers applied. She just needs some luck from barrier 11.

Race 9 No. 1 KOLCHINO – ($6.00 with Neds as of Thursday morning)
Very hard horse to catch! The win three starts ago on a heavy 9 was a dominant performance and that jockey (Chris Parnham) takes the ride again. Fitter for the experience over 2100m last start and i think the each-way price of $6/$2.25 is worth a play.
