Naracoorte race by race
Race 1: Grarock Plumbing Mdn Plate, 2:00PM, 1200m

Hard to love anything here. Lysander has placed in three of his last five without a win, and that consistency is worth something in a race this weak. He has barrier 1, 56.5kg and MS S Metcalfe aboard for Garret Lynch.
Artpark won three starts back and then ran 2nd before a 5th last time, and she is the main danger despite topweight. Archdeacon has placed in two of his last five. Lysander each-way, small stakes.
Race 4: Donna’s Electrical (Bm56), 3:40PM, 2000m
What do you do with a staying race where nobody is in form? Follow the jockey. Hasta la Silver won two starts back, has Campbell Rawiller in the saddle, and races for MS S Murphy, who has four wins from eighteen runners here. The 60.5kg is a burden and he was 8th last time, so this is a jockey-and-stable bet more than a form one.
Chartin is the danger. He has a win and three placings from five runs in the past three months, carries three kilos less, and draws barrier 2 with S H Sit riding for G Richards & D Moyle. Small win bet on Hasta la Silver, Chartin the saver.
