Race 4 No. 2 POSITIVE IMPACT
We’ve backed this horse in all three starts for two wins and egg on our face when he was the anchor bet at $1.50 and ran second. I like him in this race, extra 500m which is a tick for horses from this stable, Holly Watson has ridden him on race day and has a good understanding of him and he also goes against horses that are stuck in this grade and going against each other every fortnight. Happy to make him the best, wary of Alimentaria who relishes the heavy conditions and can roll out in front with very little pressure in this race.

Race 3 No. 3 COMES A TIME
Hard horse to catch but he started to show what he is capable of last prep. He finished second to Clairvoyance when he broke the track record, he won 2 x 72+ events and finished second in a 78+. Recent trial was good, should be fresh enough over 1000m, handles the wet and just needs a nice ride from CJP from a tricky barrier.

Race 6 No. 6 CASH AWAY
Talented horse, but hard horse to ride. Nice win last time but the apprentices were banned from this horse immediately after that. CJP gets back in the saddle after winning on this horse last preparation and also doing all of it’s education at trials etc. Blinkers go on, barrier 1 which can help guide him around the corner, think he’s a nice each-way bet at $6/$2.15
