The big three clash here and we are running with the Danny Shum-trained ROMANTIC WARRIOR who is looking to make it 10 wins from 11 starts today. Last start, the Acclamation gelding made it back-to-back wins when he crushed his rivals in the Group 1 Hong Kong Cup, here over 2000m. He put 4.5 lengths on them that day as he covered the trip, 14.4 lengths quicker than benchmark, a new personal best for him and the best in this line-up. He also recorded the fastest final 800m to 200m sectionals for that race. Karis Teetan returns for the ride after James McDonald steered him to both victories this preparation and with seven wins here (from eight starts), he should prove hard to hold out again.

Race 3: No.6 ROCK YA HEART ($3.40 with bet365)
The Francis Lui-trained ROCK YA HEART has improved this preparation and found the podium at his past three and now looks ready to bring-up career win number five today. Last start, the I Am Invincible gelding finished a close-up third in a Class 2 Hcp, here over 1200m. Having no luck at all in the run home, he was continuously hampered by the eventual race winner (Ima Single Man) who crowded him for room, laying in on top of him, leaving the gelding to collect third prize on the line, beaten just a length. The pair clash again today with the Lui-trained galloper meeting him better at the weights and at the gates as well. He gets the gun-run from gate one while Ima Single Man has the outside gate (9) to contend with today. Zac Purton has the reins today after finishing runner-up on him from one previous ride. Already a two-time winner at the track and trip, he will take beating here.
