Race 7 No. 1 MISS TITELINE- ($3.30)

MISS TITELINE can go close in the final race of the day. The Maher/Eustace galloper has had the three career starts and claimed her Maiden at Horsham two starts ago before heading to Geelong and running 3rd in a 0-64 race behind The Last Napolean. This looks easier and she gets the 2kg claim for Matt Chadwick, who strikes at 23% for the stable, providing a 16% profit on turnover for punters.

Race 6 No. 1 BREASLEY – ($3.50)

This looks to be a suitable assignment for BREASLEY. The five-year-old drops back to BenchMark 58 and was a narrow runner-up in this grade at Mornington over the 2050m two starts ago, putting a gap on the 3rd horse, before heading to Moonee Valley and running 4th in a BM64 over the 2040m. That came on December 24 and he led before just fading late. He drops back to the 1600m and should be in it for a long way.

Race 4 No. 8 LOCHEND UMOSA – ($6)

This might be the one for LOCHEND UMOSA to finally break through. The 10-start Maiden has finished a narrow runner-up at her past two and seems to be going better on Good tracks. She went down in the final stride at Bairnsdale two starts ago before stepping out at Moe on January 24 over the 1114m and just missing behind Royal Wazi. The five-year-old achieved a career peak in that race by going 1.8 lengths slower than standard benchmark, which is five lengths better than the next best last start figure of any runner. She is on the short back-up and performed well off the same break at Bairnsdale.
