Kyneton Racing Tips 4 Nov 2026: Seeyou Raider Again?

Overview

Seeyou Raider has won its last two starts, and the one time it raced at Kyneton it won. It returns in the Woodside Park Classic as the clearest form horse on a nine-race Wednesday card.

The track is rated Soft, which suits horses with form in the wet and makes things harder for the ones bred to sprint on top of the ground. The first race goes at 12:55PM and the last at 5:30PM, with three maidens early, the Kyneton Cup over 2006m as the feature and a benchmark 62 with a field of 15 to close. These Kyneton racing tips cover all nine races, the riders who have done best here and a quaddie built around the back half of the card. Only the first four races had prices up when this was written, so the odds quoted below are from those races.

Reading the Kyneton card

There is very little horse form at the track to go on. Only three of today’s runners have been here three times or more, so most of the guide comes from the riders and stables.

Horse Runs Wins Places Win% Place%
Ryanman 3 1 3 33.3 100.0
Please Me Do 3 1 2 33.3 66.7
Packers Journey 3 0 0 0.0 0.0

The riders give us more to go on. D W Stackhouse has won three of eight rides here and finished in the first three on six of them, with five rides today. John Allen has the biggest sample on the card, with 29 rides at the track for five wins.

Jockey Runs Wins Places Win% Place%
D W Stackhouse 8 3 6 37.5 75.0
W Egan 8 2 6 25.0 75.0
Jett Stanley 12 2 8 16.7 66.7
Nadia Daniels 10 2 6 20.0 60.0
B Rawiller 9 2 5 22.2 55.6
John Allen 29 5 14 17.2 48.3
Lachlan King 17 6 6 35.3 35.3
Trainer Runs Wins Places Win% Place%
Andrew Noblet 10 1 5 10.0 50.0
Ben, Will & JD Hayes 21 1 10 4.8 47.6
D T O’Brien 9 1 4 11.1 44.4
Liam Howley 14 4 6 28.6 42.9
Ben Brisbourne 12 4 4 33.3 33.3
C Maher 10 1 3 10.0 30.0

Liam Howley wins more often here than the Hayes stable, but the Hayes runners finish in the first three more often. Ben Brisbourne‘s four placings here were all wins.

Kyneton race by race

Race 1: Carlton Draught Mdn Plate, 12:55PM, 1103m

Can Johnny Tightlips turn three straight seconds into a win? He has run second at all three of his starts, which tells you he is consistent but has not yet got past a better horse. It is a weak maiden and the market has him and Jackpot Park both at $4.20, Johnny Tightlips with Ladbrokes.

Jackpot Park is the danger. He has run third at both his starts and has W Egan on board, who has finished in the first three on six of eight Kyneton rides. Lonnegan ran third on debut for D W Stackhouse and is $10 with Ladbrokes. Back Johnny Tightlips to win, with a small saver on Jackpot Park.

Race 2: Macedon Ranges Glass – Emerging Stars Series Heat 1 Mdn Plate, 1:25PM, 1203m

Flyaway is the one to beat here. He ran fourth on debut and third next time, which is the improvement you want from a maiden at his third start. C J Waller has won one race and placed in two from four runners at Kyneton, and Damian Lane rides. Flyaway is $3.40 with Neds and should win.

Bourne Legacy has run second at each of his last two starts and has already placed here, so he is the main danger at $5.50 with Bet Right. Front Page Edition ran third at her only start for C Maher, and Beau Mertens has won one and placed in three of four rides here. At $11 with Bet Right she is the each-way roughie. Win bet on Flyaway.

Race 3: Ambrosia Kyneton Mdn Plate, 2:00PM, 1454m

The market makes Misneach favourite at $3.20 with Neds, but his two starts (fourth and ninth) do not justify it. Silky Seth is next at $3.50 with Ladbrokes. He keeps running in the first five without winning: two placings from his four runs in the last 90 days, and nothing worse than fifth in six starts.

Ciphered is the better price. He placed at his only Kyneton start and ran third last time, and Jett Stanley has finished in the first three on eight of twelve rides here. He is $6 with Ladbrokes. Silky Seth is the danger because he is so consistent. Ciphered each-way.

Race 4: Kyneton Electrics (Bm74), 2:35PM, 1203m

Two horses are of interest here, and only one of them is likely to be well backed. Bacash ran second last start and has D W Stackhouse, who has the best strike rate of any rider on the card. At $3.50 with Bet Right, Bacash is the logical pick. Job Done is favourite at $3.00 with Unibet, but the last two runs were unplaced, the latest a ninth, which makes that poor value at that price.

White Hot Mama is the horse that interests us. The form this preparation reads two wins, a sixth, another win, then a beaten run last start. The weight is 56kg, shared with Attachments as the lightest in the field. At $15 with Bet Right the price is well above the form. Back Bacash to win and White Hot Mama each-way.

Race 5: 360 One Advisors & Accountants (Bm66), 3:10PM, 1103m

The Birthday Party has won its only Kyneton start and won last time out. It has two runs in the last 90 days for one win, and carries 57.5kg. Holly Durnan rides for L & T Corstens & W Larkin, who have had two winners from eight runners here.

Lady Sadler is the danger. The last five runs were second, first, second, first and fourth, so the form is there. The problem is the 61kg, the most in the race, over a sprint on a soft track. Divine Empress placed at the only start here and ran second last time for Damian Lane. Back The Birthday Party to win.

Race 6: Evolve Interiors (Bm66), 3:45PM, 1856m

Before last start’s win, Who I Think I Am ran second three times and fourth once in four starts. The weight drops to 55kg here, and the last 90 days show a win and two placings from three starts. C Maher trains, and Carleen Hefel rides.

Winter Nights ran third last time for the Hayes stable with Damian Lane aboard, and has a first and a fourth among the last five starts. Over 1856m on a soft track, the lighter weight should help Who I Think I Am. Win bet.

Race 7: Woodside Park Classic (Bm70), 4:20PM, 1454m

Seeyou Raider is the best bet on the card. The last two starts were both wins, and one of them came at the only start here. The last 90 days show two wins and three placings from four starts for $30,775 in prizemoney, and the weight is 56.5kg.

Jody Thompson trains and Chelsea Thompson rides, with one win and two placings from three rides here, a small sample but a good one. Cobblestone Way is the danger, with two wins in a row four starts back, then an eighth and a third, and D W Stackhouse aboard. If Seeyou Raider gets a clear run in the straight, the rest should be too far back. Win bet.

Race 8: Bet365 Kyneton Cup, 4:55PM, 2006m

The Pendragon has the best recent form in the Cup but also the most weight. A last-start winner, it has run in the first three at both runs in the last 90 days, earning $40,750, and carries 59kg while most of the field have 54kg, a 5kg difference over 2006m on a soft track.

Damian Lane rides for the Hayes stable, who have placed with ten of their 21 Kyneton runners. Ragazzone is the danger, with two wins and a third in the last six starts, and gets the minimum weight with Neil Farley. Prince Eric has a win among the last six starts and carries 55kg. We expect The Pendragon to handle the weight, but the difference is real, so take the price on The Pendragon rather than using it in multis. Win bet, small saver on Ragazzone.

Race 9: Prendergast Earthmoving (Bm62), 5:30PM, 1203m

Ryanman and Chasing Rainbows are two different types, and both are in with a chance. Ryanman has run here three times, won once and placed every time, which makes it the most reliable horse at the track on the card. MS A Herrmann has won once from three rides here, and the M & L Cerchi stable has also placed all three of its runners at Kyneton.

Chasing Rainbows has only had two starts, a second and a win, and the win was here. D W Stackhouse rides at 58kg. Rattle’n’roll is also a Kyneton winner and has Lachlan King, who has won six of seventeen rides here. With 15 in the field, Ryanman‘s consistency makes this the each-way bet, with Chasing Rainbows the danger.

Where the money goes

NAP: Seeyou Raider (Race 7, 4:20PM). Two wins in a row, a win at the only start here, and carries 56.5kg in a field where the main danger is coming off a third.

Value: White Hot Mama (Race 4, 2:35PM), $15 with Bet Right. Three wins this preparation, a share of the lightest weight in the race, and a price that says the form doesn’t count.

Banker: Flyaway (Race 2, 1:25PM), $3.40 with Neds. A fourth and a third from his first two starts, C J Waller stable, Damian Lane aboard. He looks the most likely winner in the maidens.

Each-way: Ryanman (Race 9, 5:30PM). Placed at all three starts here, and in a field of 15 that matters more than a fast time.

Course angle: Follow D W Stackhouse: three wins and six placings from eight Kyneton rides, and today’s book is Lonnegan, Bacash, Cobblestone Way, Foujita San and Chasing Rainbows.

Quaddie (Races 6 to 9): Who I Think I Am, Seeyou Raider, The Pendragon, then Ryanman and Chasing Rainbows in the last.

If Stackhouse keeps finishing in the first three on three rides out of four here, punters will be backing those Kyneton rides at much shorter prices before long.
