Beaumont Racing Tips 26 Oct 2026: Can Jade Trees Go Again?

Overview

Jade Trees has won three of his four runs in the last three months, and he lines up in the last race at Beaumont on Monday off a win at his latest start. No other horse on the card comes close to that strike rate, and it makes the 5:30PM Benchmark 66 the race to build the day around.

These Beaumont racing tips cover all seven races on a Good to Soft surface, from the 2297m Benchmark 66 at 1:50PM to that closing race. It’s a card full of horses with little or no form at the track, so the riders carry more weight than usual. Tom Sherry has won three of five rides at Beaumont and has two chances today, and K A Lees has saddled seven winners from 20 runners here. Heavy scratchings have thinned out Races 3, 5 and 6, which changes the shape of all three. Markets had not opened for any race when this was written, so no prices are quoted.

Beaumont: the setup

Limited course form across today’s fields. None of the runners has three or more starts at Beaumont, and only a handful have been here at all. Chestime has placed in both of his visits and Good’n’you has a win and a placing from two. The jockey and trainer numbers are where the useful information sits.

Jockeys at Beaumont (5+ rides, sorted by place rate)

Jockey Runs Wins Places Win% Place%
Tom Sherry 5 3 4 60.00 80.00
A Bullock 5 0 3 0.00 60.00
Ashley Morgan 18 5 9 27.78 50.00
A Adkins 8 2 4 25.00 50.00
Shannen Llewellyn 8 0 4 0.00 50.00
A Gibbons 9 2 4 22.22 44.44
Reece Jones 15 1 5 6.67 33.33

Trainers at Beaumont (5+ runners, sorted by place rate)

Trainer Runs Wins Places Win% Place%
G Ryan & S Alexiou 7 1 4 14.29 57.14
K A Lees 20 7 10 35.00 50.00
Brad Widdup 6 1 3 16.67 50.00
J A Sylvester 8 1 3 12.50 37.50
Annabel Neasham & Rob Archibald 6 0 1 0.00 16.67

Ashley Morgan has the volume, five wins from 18 rides, and Lees is the trainer who converts. A Bullock and Shannen Llewellyn place on half or more of their Beaumont rides without a win between them, so their mounts read as place chances.

Beaumont race by race

Race 1: Drinkwise (Bm66), 1:50PM, 2297m

Questionable won at her last start and has finished in the first three in four of her six runs over the last three months. Her last six read sixth, fifth, third, first, third, first, which is a horse who has found her feet. She carries the lightest weight in the race over the longest trip on the card, and that matters at 2297m.

Sound And Vision is the danger. The ten-year-old also won last time, and G Spokes rides. He has a win and another placing from six recent runs, so he is less reliable, but in a field of eight he only needs one good run.

Questionable to win.

Race 2: Dailey Family Funerals Country Boosted Mdn Plate, 2:25PM, 1258m

The question here is whether anyone can beat Thirty Degrees, and the form says probably not. He has run second twice in his last three starts, placed in two of his three runs over the last three months, and has A Gibbons, who has won two of nine Beaumont rides and placed on four.

Unalienable Right ran second two starts back before a sixth and has Bullock, a rider who places often here. Super Vitality, a three-year-old who ran third and fourth at his last two, is the improver.

Thirty Degrees is the banker for Beaumont. Win bet.

Race 3: Reward Hospitality Hcp (C1), 3:05PM, 1258m

Excelluna is scratched, and that takes out one of the Freedman pair and one of the better recent formlines. It leaves Albert’s Pick as the form horse. He won at his last start, has two top-three finishes from three runs in the last three months, and will be hard to run down if he gets his own way.

Seductra is the danger. The three-year-old ran second two starts back, and Ashley Morgan’s booking stands out: five Beaumont winners from 18 rides. Steel Knight, second last time, is the each-way runner for Bullock.

Albert’s Pick to win.

Race 4: New Era Technology Hcp (C1), 3:40PM, 1476m

Who Loves A Harley grinds; Good’n’you has the rider. Who Loves A Harley‘s last five read seventh, fourth, second, second, first, and he has three top-three finishes from four runs over the last three months. That’s a horse improving with every start.

Good’n’you has won one of his two runs at Beaumont and placed in the other, and he has Tom Sherry, who has won three of five rides here. He was fifth at his last start, so he needs to bounce back, but if he does the rider makes him dangerous.

The Warrior has placed in three of four recent runs without winning and is the each-way runner. River Jordan won last time and has placed on his only Beaumont start.

Who Loves A Harley to win, with a saver on Good’n’you.

Race 5: Tab Mdn Hcp, 4:15PM, 1476m

Six scratchings have reshaped this race, including two of the Lees runners, but the stable still has Oh My Oh My and Sacred Well. The pick is Stunning Future. He ran third at his last start, draws barrier 1, and has Sherry aboard for G Ryan and S Alexiou, the stable at the top of the trainers table above.

Romancastle has the better form shape, fourth, third, second in three starts, but draws 18. If he finds cover from out there he wins, and that is the danger.

Darn Saga, ridden by A Adkins for Brad Widdup, ran third last time and is the outsider to include.

Stunning Future to win, Romancastle each-way.

Race 6: Nzb Country Boosted (Bm58), 4:50PM, 1312m

Langlo Crossing won at his last start after a third the run before, and two runs in the last three months have both been top-three finishes. A four-year-old on the way up, with Bullock riding.

Fancy Shoulder is the main danger, second at her last two starts and with three top-three finishes from four recent runs. G Spokes rides. Lolita won three starts back and is the each-way outsider.

Langlo Crossing to win. Fancy Shoulder in the exotics.

Race 7: The Prince Of Merewether (Bm66), 5:30PM, 1476m

Jade Trees is the best bet at Beaumont. Three wins from four runs in the last three months, and his last six read third, fifth, first, first, sixth, first. G Spokes rides for B J Dodson, and barrier 2 lets him take up a spot on the fence.

Jade Trees has also earned more in the last three months than anything else in the field. When a horse is winning at this rate, the sensible thing is to stay with it until it stops.

Missile Magnate is the threat. He won at his only run in the last three months for Annabel Neasham and Rob Archibald. Chestime has placed in both his runs at Beaumont and in all three of his recent runs.

Jade Trees, win. Our NAP. Chestime each-way.

Where the money goes

NAP: Jade Trees (Race 7, 5:30PM). Three wins from his last four runs and the biggest earner in the race over that time. Back him until someone beats him.

Value: Langlo Crossing (Race 6, 4:50PM). Won last time and placed in both recent runs, yet the older form line could keep his price up. Prices weren’t available when this was written.

Banker: Thirty Degrees (Race 2, 2:25PM). Second twice in his last three with A Gibbons riding, a jockey who wins on more than one in five Beaumont rides.

Each-way: Chestime (Race 7, 5:30PM). Placed in both Beaumont starts and in each of his three recent runs.

Course angle: Tom Sherry. Three wins from five rides here, and today he has Good’n’you in Race 4 and Stunning Future in Race 5. Both fit a Beaumont best bets list.

If Sherry keeps winning at this rate, the Beaumont riding bookings will be the first thing worth checking on every future card.
