Wide barrier draws for Anamoe and Converge in the G1 Rosehill Guineas
The all important barrier draw and final fields have been declared for the Group 1 Rosehill Guineas (2000m) at Rosehill Gardens.
The two leading chances, Anamoe and Converge, have drawn the outside barriers and will jump side-by-side.
Anamoe will be seeking revenge after being beaten last start by Converge last start in the G1 Randwick Guineas.
Converge showed that the 1600m trip is perfect for the three-year-old by Frankel. Prior to his win last start in the Randwick Guineas, the last time he started over a mile he won the G1 JJ Atkins.
Profondo was disappointing last start when heading to Victoria and failing to fire a shot in the G1 Australian Guineas. He will come back to Sydney and hope for drying conditions.
Of the other key chances, Forgot You was a big winner at the barrier draws, drawing barrier 4 with the inform Mark Zahra in the saddle.
