Sectional Analysis – Randwick April 16

Gilgandra Preview Tuesday September 6

Here are the standout performers from All Aged Stakes day at Randwick on April 16.

STAR PERFORMER – POLLY GREY

Went straight to the front, carried a decent amount of weight, set a fast clip and gave nothing else a chance producing the run of the day when smashing the class average by 5.7lens. She could be a nice type for races like the Eagle Farm Cup over 2200m.

SHARP IMPROVER – VERONA
Only having its second run for the Maher Eustace stable and his rating has skyrocketed by more than 10 lengths. Genuine Queensland Oaks contender albeit her last 200m was weak in 13.48s.

SHE’S BACK – ESPIONA
Overall time only fair but she’s produced the best last 200m of the meeting and won easily. Give the way she ran through the line here you’d have to think she’s got more runs this prep in her. Perhaps a sneaky Stradbroke chance?
