Race 6 No. 1 CHARM STONE- ($3.40)
The fillies line up in the Atlantic Jewel Stakes and it is CHARM STONE that should be hard to beat. The Mick Price & Michael Kent Jnr-trained galloper has won two of her four career starts and resumed in the Quezette Stakes (1100m) at Caulfield on August 19 and settled towards the rear before working home well to score from Skirt The Law. That was an impressive return by the daughter of I Am Invincible, going 9.7 lengths faster than standard benchmark, which is a better figure than what any horse in this race has produced. Second up and over the 1200m she can strike again.

Race 3 No 5 SUPERSTOCK- ($5.50)
SUPERSTOCK can just about make it back to back wins when he steps out in Race 3. The Mark & Levi Kavanagh-trained galloper enjoyed a nice run at the track and trip when edging out Havisham on August 12 and had been racing well prior to that. He was caught on the wrong part of the track when 4th at the Valley two starts ago and was luckless at Geelong prior to that. But we can head in confident after his last start effort that saw him go a healthy nine lengths faster than standard benchmark, while he has plenty of fitness in the tank.

Race 5 No 5 SCENTIFY- ($9)
Looking for a bit of value in Race 5 and the unbeaten SCENTIFY is worth thought at the each-way odds. The Maher/Eustace galloper takes on another unbeaten youngster, Steparty, but enjoys a fitness edge on that horse and comes off an impressive win at the track and trip on August 26, getting up to defeat Prinzerro. The son of Justify produced the fastest last 400m and 200m of the entire meeting that day and was first up. Second up he strips fitter and the price represents value.
